Our Acrobatics Classes combine tumbling, balance, flexibility, and strength training while teaching students about the kinesiology and anatomy of safe, skillful movement. TADA students begin with front rolls, cartwheels, and other basics and then advance all the way to aerials, back handsprings, and more. Acrobatics bridges the gap between tumbling "tricks" and dance movement, and is different from gymnastics in that it is strictly based in floorwork (it does not utilize balance beams, etc), and more heavily focused in the higher levels on transitioning between tumbling and dance. Acro is a fun way to learn tricks and enhance every genre of dance!
